Tullins
In the Isère valley – offering the charm of a small town combined with the appeal of the open countryside, at the foot of the Vercors massif foothills, and in the heart of the Dauphiné walnut groves where the small king-fruit of the Dauphiné thrives: the Walnut. It is also the home town of the "Coureurs du Monde en Isère" (CMI), a leading running club, and the base of the experienced and dedicated team behind this 24 Hours project.
The chosen site is the Jean-Valois sports complex, set in a pleasant, green environment that never feels dull or oppressive, opening onto natural views with Parménie hill and the cliffs of the Vercors and Chartreuse ranges in the background. Of course, to enjoy all this, you'll need to run a little, a lot, passionately, madly (or come along as a spectator or supporter).
